Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Pick a card, almost any card: PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card. You may even use a bank Checking account.
How do I track my order delivery?
Tracking your package is easier than ever! Log in, check your tracking number, and email address OR sign into your registered account to view your Order Status & Tracking information.
  • If your package has shipped, a "Track Your Package" link will be available with your tracking details.
  • You may also check the status of back ordered items by signing into your registered account to view your Order Status information.
Keep in Mind:
  • Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email.
  • Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
If Tracking shows a “Delivered” status, but you can’t find your package:
  • Wait 72 hours; sometimes the “Delivered” status updates before the carrier arrives.
    • Look for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.
    • Look around for your package. Some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street.
    • Check to see if someone else—like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager—accepted delivery on your behalf.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

With PayPal, you’re protected from checkout to delivery. We spot problems before they happen with the latest anti-fraud technology. Your financial info is never given away to sellers. And if something goes wrong with your order, your eligible transactions will be fully reimbursed.

Purchase Protection covers all your online purchases, on any website, when you use PayPal. It also covers you when you make a payment on our website. You must open a dispute within 180 days of your purchase or payment to initiate the Purchase Protection process. Finally, your account must be in good standing with us to get Purchase Protection.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We will send you an order acknowledgement email as soon as you have paid for your order. This email contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order including delivery, and your order number. Once your order is placed, it drops into our delivery planning system and is picked and delivered from our central distribution warehouse. You will see an estimated delivery date on the website when you have placed your order; this is also communicated in your order acknowledgement email.Within 72 hrs a confirmed delivery date will then be communicated in your provided email. We will also send you an SMS text message to confirm your date.We do try to meet the estimated delivery dates but there are some instances where we are unable to do this and in these cases, your confirmed delivery date maybe different. Once we have confirmed your delivery date our delivery team start to plan your order to be picked, double checking all your products are available and reserving these in our warehouse for you. Your order is then routed onto our delivery vehicle 48 hours before we deliver to you.  
How do I use a coupon online?
